Childhood: From a simple, humble and extended family. With many brothers but for most of my life I grew up with my older brother with my parents. Part of my childhood was spent in the neighborhood of Laulane on the outskirts of the city of Maputo where I only took the first class, leaving for the neighborhood of Albazine where I continued with my studies due to the change of residence of my family where I entered for my second class at Escola Primaria 19 de Outubro where I studied until my 5th grade, then I moved on to the Escola Primaria Acordos de Roma where I would finish my 7th grade and general primary education in 2011.
Adolescence and youth: Admission to the secondary level at Escola Secundaria Joaquim Chissano and later on to Escola Secundaria Francisco Manyanga where I completed my General Secondary Education in 2016 and with the desire to continue my studies, I applied to Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) which is by the way the largest and oldest university in Mozambique and because it is the dream of any young Mozambican student to be part of it, it was no different for me too, having applied for the Agronomic Engineering course where I would manage to enter in 2017 and in At the same time I got a scholarship from the same University, after 5 years I would complete my degree in 2021. Choosing the course wasn’t very difficult if you consider how passionate I have always been about plants, agriculture and the environment, greatly influenced by my mother who is a florist with a handful.
Professional Career: After completing my Degree, in the same year I joined as an intern in an agribusiness and consulting company focused on the agricultural sector, however, a month later I moved to the National Institute of Statists (INE) in the year 2022 and it was in the same year that I started my Masters in Sustainable Agriculture at Eduardo Mondlane University and where I had the opportunity to be part of ACTS and venture into this world called Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
